How to Fix a Gap between a door and frame.

The photo on the left shows a large gap between the door and the frame. This gap causes drafts, air, smoke and debris to easily pass through and allows the door to be easily pried open. Monaco Lock, located in Jersey City, NJ rectified the situation by installing a custom full length stainless steel astragal on the door edge (right). This astragal is thru bolted to the door by our locksmith providing a professional and secure application. Our locksmith's have installed several of these astragals through out North, Central and South Jersey.
